The Passenger understands that Veggie Tours will use its best efforts to operate all Holidays as contracted. However, it may prove necessary or advisable to modify a program due to prevailing local conditions. |
It is strongly recommended for the Passenger to obtain their own travel insurance. Veggie Tours recommends full comprehensive coverage. It is the sole responsibility of the Passenger to obtain this travel insurance. Veggie Tours provides a limited coverage health and accident insurance for emergencies during the trip in Peru ( up to US$ 2,000 ). |
Payments can be done via transfer to our account in New York, or directly with your Credit Card ( Visa, American Express or Master Card). No deposit is required with your reservation unless this is done within the 90 day period, prior to arrival. The first deposit ( 50% of your program) is required 90 days before arrival. The 50% balance is required 30 days before arrival |
